Gunter is a Professor of Nutrition and Food Science at the University of Reading. His research interest is the development of objective measures of exposure and dietary intake using a range of different analytical techniques. Further interests are the link between diet and health, in particular the health effect of polyphenols and the link between meat and cancer.
