Group B CBD continuation and group B composition and receptor activity paper

The 7th meeting of the ACNFP/COT CBD Subcommittee will be held at 10:00pm on the 4th of July 2023 on Microsoft Teams (online & dial in) as we ease out of the Coronavirus pandemic.

Members are reminded of the need to announce any commercial interests in the business of the Committee prior to the discussions on each item.

In accordance with agreed procedures, the Secretariat is duty bound to keep a record of the names of Members who have declared interests at meetings of the Committee, giving dates, names of relevant products and companies, details of the interest declared, and whether the Member took part in the proceedings.

2. Welcome and Introductions.

3. Minutes from the previous meeting – The Secretariat and Subcommittee will review the minutes from January, March and May 2023.

4. Group B assessment criteria paper – the subcommittee will review and provide advice on a set of criteria that the Secretariat wishes to use to assess the quality of group B studies. CBD07/2023/01

5. Group B CBD introductory paper - the subcommittee will review and provide commentary to the FSA on the initial datasets which concern the group B CBD ingredients. CBD07/2023/02

6. Group B composition and receptor activity paper – The Secretariat will return to and finish discussing a paper concerning the composition and receptor activity of group B ingredients for the first time. CBD07/2023/03
