EIHA Consortium CBD Update

The 4th meeting of the ACNFP/COT CBD Subcommittee will be held at 12:00pm on the 17th of January 2023 on Microsoft Teams (online & dial in) as we ease out of the Coronavirus pandemic.

Members are reminded of the need to announce any commercial interests in the business of the Committee prior to the discussions on each item.

In accordance with agreed procedures, the Secretariat is duty bound to keep a record of the names of Members who have declared interests at meetings of the Committee, giving dates, names of relevant products and companies, details of the interest declared, and whether the Member took part in the proceedings.

2. Welcome and Introductions.

3. Minutes from the previous meeting – The Secretariat and Subcommittee will discuss the comments made on the recently circulated minutes package, it’s availability and the future review of the minutes from 2023 onwards.

4. EIHA Consortium CBD update paper - the subcommittee will review and provide advice to the FSA on a data package which concerns the EIHA consortium. CBD04/2023

5. CBD Isolate Position Paper discussion (item is subject to change) - draft is also subject to change in light of comments – The Secretariat will discuss a draft position paper concerning isolates/pure form CBD products for the first time.
